i was totaly hooked to fallout today and yestrday, but i was disappointed to find out there are barely any quests available, i have discovered lots of towns but they are just boring
does it changes once i get to new vegas?

Weird, I have tons of undone quests in my Pipboy (I take quests from people but wont complete them yet), mainly because I have done so much exploring the last few hours ingame. Following the mainquest takes you quickly to Vegas and you will surely find lots of sidequests in every town

i only found the lucky sun or w/e from helios one, other than that i couldn't find any quest...i have had two "failed" quest though, mainly because some douchebags attacked me
all i did was exploring, ive never seen new vegas yet or got close to it as far as main quest concern, but im'm just walking and walking, sometimes finding scorpions or gokus, nothing else...
did find lots of ammos and weapons though (chinese stealth armor, ratslayer plasma rifles repeaters etc) so i'm quite happy

do u mind ss your map? to compare how much i discovered to urs

Failed quests are inevitable because it depends on who you are siding with and are you good or bad karma -player.. I have the Helios-site marked in my map but I dont have the quest. Atm I cant even play since Im visiting my family this week

It all depends, eating slower carbs is better if you want to have a fairly constant supply of energy throughout the morning but if you eat quick release carbs you will get an instant energy boost. Try it, one day have a bowl of weetoes and the next have porridge, the energy release is crazy different ^^

I was going to try porridge for breakfast but tbh Im just too lazy to cook anything at morning. -_- I get most of my carbohydrates from brown bread and yoghurt.
