the pc is doing literally nothing. I am thinking about replacing part by part (starting with mobo) or just buying new core parts (board, cpu, ram)... still got my laptop that is actually the better mashine, but bit bad for playing cause it seems to overheat and then lags

I guess it is the mb indeed, I googled around a bit and I am pretty sure about it now. buying an old mobo doesnt sound like a good idea, so I might actually go for mb, cpu + ram and have some upgrade
had the same prob man, whenever anyone would turn of the power of the extention-cord that was connected to my pc, i always had to wait 30-40mins to be able to boot it again... :S
