stupid quest haha

i need to reinstall ET. i am downloading right now a version that is called "W:ET 2.6b" with 260Mb.
does this work? afaik it never worked to download an already patched version.
there is a 2.6 version with 258Mb, so it could make sense.

but should it work? or do i need to find a 2.55 version, and patch it to 2.6 and then 2.6b? cannot remember how i did it last time, because it didnt work at the beginning haha :D

sry for that lame quest, but its years ago since i installed ET 8D

didn`t hahaha :D it said "incomplete download, failed download or a virus, contact the author".
it was the version from "wolfenstein-city.4player.de" or so.

i installed 2.55, then patched to 2.6, and then 2.6b haha :D

u dl et 2.6, then u dl the patch 2.6b, then u go to the enemy territory folderr and remove those two et (etded and et) icons and put the 2.6b ones instead.

or smth like that

Why dont you just download the 'ET pack 1.4" or something from gtv?
