True, the OP, in addition to being a faggot, fails to see past the low-res stock ET textures and low-poly models. Do not judge a book by its covers, as they say. The engine (or renderer in this case) alone won't make ET look any better than it already does, it just gives more potential for mappers and modders.

Are you always this stupid or are you trying especially hard today?
Notice the conditional *could*. It's because the new renderer won't make the textures any more high-res or add polygons to the models. That's something mappers and modders will have to deal with.

Also perhaps you do not understand what dynamic shadows are and how they differ from the current (~nonexistant) shadows of ET. There is technology in this renderer that you clearly don't understand. But I do not blame you, as not much can be expected from your average crossfirean retard.

new textures maybe ? if xreal is using orginal textures it will look ugly, but when artist create some eye candy textures u eat ur words.

You don't know what kind of a computer those were taken on.. But we'll see how it'll turn out.

2. Not all optimizations are done yet.
