Anti-cheat policy

[11:58] <@TosspoT> and anti cheater policy not working

the "tagging" is not exactly working out, people are mad cuz cheaters posting all over the place and cheaters are wearing their tags proudly

so here's the idea:
every tagged person will have posting limit of 1 journal per week and 10 comments per day

change crossfire server:

maps: et_ice / supply / frostbite / goldrush / oasis

fall 5on5 config, and keep it like that!

when you get -3 you wont be able to comment for 3 months :D

Atleast for me it sounds good, because I'm not using or commenting cf every day. I wouldn't care so much if I can't post anymore comments at all, or do stupid journals/forum posts
