40" screen

Hello! I got a new television and i want mirror ET to my new television. I already tried putting highest resolution from the options but my ET crashed and console crash report was about opengl. So the question is does somebody know what is the biggest possible resolution mirror to my television? Its not possible to change from options so i think i have to edit my config? My graphic card is ATI Radeon 5850 if you need it.

I use a TV with HDMI from PC, works np.

Can you tell me your ingame resolution and do you see ET as full screen in the television? I also use HDMI cable :P

Well everytime when i put resolution above than 1680x my ET crashes to console and says something about OpenGL.

Coz you have 2 screens, make TV mimic monitor size. You will have black bits round edge.

it's because your monitor can't handle such a resolution, the graphics card knows that and the ET game crashes

can only recall that e.g. wzzrd screens made ET crash when the wrong resolution proportion was forced by the config. Maybe its a similar problem with your TV
