I agree. You just have to know "how to" use vista properly and how to get ride of those security spams. I don't know if it's better than win7 but most of people saying vista is shit without even testing it are sheep.

So why would you care about that score exactly? If you like Vista it's fine for you but there is nothing to prove.

Background programs, services, driver are all things that effect such a small score difference.

But tbh your score isnt that high for the hardware you got. You should be able to get 3000 points higher.

With my previous q6600 and hd4870 ( you can compare that one to your hd5770 )
Default clocks on HD4870. And Q6600 not @ max clock.
