Some of us are more and some are less blessed considering our bodies. We have the "physically challenged", the alexLs (lose and gain weight quickly) and the ... let's say... "opposite of physically challenged", which I rather belong to.
About me:
Intention? Doesn't matter whether I can muscle or fat (preferably muscle ofc). The health aspect is no priority ;)
Gym? Yes. Around 3 times a week + football once or twice a week
Length? 187 cm
Weight? 75 kg
Aim? Gain 8-10 kg in 2 month. I started 1 week ago. I have no scale so I can't tell you anything by now.
Important is to eat many meals a day, 6 or more. Of course, you don't eat 6 big meals. Take a look at what I eat every day:
Breakfast 10 o'clock:
- porridge oats, milk, fruit yoghurt, banana, cocoa and honey
Snack 12.00:
- 2 x crisp bread with butter
Something to stimulate your appetite 13.30 (30 min before lunch):
- I prefer an apple but grape sugar does the job
Lunch 14.00:
- sandwich with ham and cheese (30% or more fat) + a Gainer
Snack 16.00:

- whatever you like. I use to take a chocolate croissant and different nuts
Something to stimulate your appetite 18.00 (30 min before lunch):
- I prefer an apple but grape sugar does the job
Dinner 18.30:
- pork meat, onion, leek, cream, pepper, salt, chili and a little sugar 'n water together with couscous + a soft drink
or
- Chicken, tomatosauce, onion, eggplant, cream, pepper, salt, chili and feta cheese together with pasta + beer (preferably german. germans are big, so don't question the beer!)
Some snacks and at 21.00:
- Cocoa
If you are bothered by the folling scenario (had this about 1 month ago):
Then I recommend more gainer shakes and perhaps less cooking of meals.

i do abit of both tbh, i keep fit, weights, runnin etc but i dnt brag :/

i eat what i like tbh, but most of the ppl i live with are vegans so i eat a lot of healthy stuff too
a real bodybuilder gain like MAX 5kg muscle in year with hard training and eating correct and stuff..

Add some more carbs and proteins.. you should be getting like 20-30 grams of protein every 2-3 hours. Then if you cba and really wanna gain.. wake up in the middle of the night and drink like 1/2 liter of cream ! sneaky trick
