config question,..

hey its hard to explain for me but i try..

when i start et and i "DONT" load my config it looks different, graphic is not the same and its like the FOV is different its the same FOV but the game moves really faster like fov 90 with a speed of fov 160

sounds so stupid, but if i exec my config i got my normal settings but i wanna get those settings where the game looks so fast, can some1 help me pls? :D
