image-et download?

Title says all.

I have downloaded one and it works.
But Avira shows me its a trojan...

Anyone got a virus-free image-et.exe?

what's an image-et?
You need a ~260 mb WolfET.exe to install ET and then you may need some patches (2.6 & 2.60b)...
