An engine can die and then start up again but it will only last for a short period of time (as you saw in this video). The reason they're not getting flustered or anything is probably because in that situation, your adrenaline kicks in and you just do whatever the fuck you gotta do to survive.

So you mean its fake that they just turned the engines off for fun or that they hired some cardrivers n such and closed a road just to make a random video that has 100 views?
Staying calm and not panicking generally helps surviving in such situations :). By the way, I wouldn't call them "not frustrated". As you can see, they sweared several times. I don't know how about you, but cultural people rather don't swear without a reason :d
well I don't know if they are some pro people and used to happenings like that, but even if I never swear or basically ever raise my tone, I would surely be screaming and frustrated in a situation like that :)
I think that the pilots have been trained how to act in situations like this, and with some common sense, in a situation where your life is at stake is it better to panic than try to save your life? :))
