I'm looking at picking up an HD5850 and SSD to upgrade my desktop, maybe Corsair H50 at the same time too, to keep the Q6600 running cool @ 3.2 (or more? :D)

rather get h70 or scythe mugen 2 or smiilair H50 isnt that good comaring to high-end air cooling. And i would wait for the 6900 series that are incomming soon. Pricedrops incomming. Also the GTX 460 has better price performance ratio than HD5850.

You can find some HD5850s for pretty cheap now online, and way more powerful than anything I'll actually be needing for awhile anyways lol I had not seen the H70 come out but I mean, my friend is running an i5-750 @ 3.8GHz with his H50 just fine, I can't really complain about numbers like that lol

I don't plan to go higher with the Q6600 than it is, the H50 will be really used when I upgrade, might actually get a Phenom II X4 955 lol

I would take 1055T instead, more overclock potential and better IMC.
