My Journal had some content and was a nice contribution for some people on this website, instead of deleting the whole fuckin journal you could just edit the "hit whoring part".. I see dozens of journals with less content that are not getting deleted (like banga ones..)

Exactly, a proper punishment for hitwhoring is a ban instead of a deletion of the whole journal (which had content from other people as well, why delete their thoughts as well?)
