what game is this?

you were in control of a timetravelling clock or something in the likes of it, i think it was set in medieval times, maybe a bit later. used to play it ages ago ON MY PC, didn't reach far, only like the 1st or so mission which is why i can't give any more info, however i remember it taking place in a town. vague description, but i know you'll manage.

it was in 3rd person view
