Difficult videogames?

Just watched this and a question popped into my mind.

What is the most difficult videogame you have ever played? To me it must be one of the Rainbox Six Rogue Spear -addons (maybe Black Thorn). I paid full price for it and couldnt get past the second level. :D Mortal Kombat 1 & 3 were also very hard to complete, mainly because of the 2nd-in-command bosses, had a great success -feeling when I finally beat them.

Also old consolegames with shit controls get a honor mention.

ofcourse, but when you now have the choice over sc1 or 2, i mean, then the graphics dont mind right? saw for the first time some bw games, and i barely could see that it were muta's or w/e :D

noice! i realised recently how much i relied on the music in touhou games as clues as to where i need to be/what pattern is coming, rhythm is essential

went back to pcb for the first time in months the other day and got a 1CC, i swear those spellcards become subconscious :B

friend once used action replay to make his pikachu fly, he showed off with it in school.
well funny story: the pikachu soon after flew in zigzag across the screen and vanished for good :D

Its not as hard as it looks like. The hitbox is relatively small and the bullets always come in patterns

Zelda II: Adventure of Link. Any hard mode GameFAQs presented back in the day (not maxing out your Magic - Life - Damage skills made the game even harder than it already was). I remember I cleared it with 8-4-x quite comfortably (x being any number), but anything past that low Life made the game exponentially harder.

Also: Battle For Wesnoth.

It's a hexa-tile strategy game. The campaigns are tough on EASIEST level.

I remember having Ren and Stimpy for the SNES. It's the only game i haven't finished for the snes. it was fucking hard. especially if you're ren it's fucking impossible.
