The instruction where written by a disabled 5 year old.

In etpro folder, rename qagame.mp.i386.so (qagame_mp_x86.dll) to etpro_qagame.mp.i386.so (etpro_qagame_mp_x86.dll)

Makes no sense to me at all.

you are not making any sense

qagame.mp.i386.so -> etpro_qagame.mp.i386.so
OR(if win server)
qagame_mp_x86.dll -> etpro_qagame_mp_x86.dll

GOT IT ??

change .so if your server runs under linux and .dll if its windows
