Damn mate I thought you're playing football, bodybuilding is the biggest crap for it. From my knowledge you shouldn't do stretching if you want to gain as big muscles as possible. Right?

Well I just train for a bit more muscles but trying to at least hold my flexibility ;)

I play football too. By being a bodybuilder I mean I go to the gym once or twice a week ;p Just want to stay lean and maybe gain some muscle mass.
