we sometimes take some boat and get there (i didnt this summer)

there is alwasy a friend of a friend that has a huge boat, or we just pay 10 euros and we get there

yes it is, its pretty nice aswell on menorca at a party called sant joan.

best is to take some long holidays period and go to all the islands
