Midi Keyboard

Just a simple question, is it possible to use a synthesizer as a MIDI keyboard ? Cuz I have a image: 312100 at home ! If it isn't possible, which one would you prefer ? Its main reason would be to start of making some dnb music. ( I'd set perhaps 100 euros as a limit ). Now that I've said that, what program would be the best to start off making some tunes ? :) Heard of FL Studios already, but I'd like to have some suggestions !

look if it got midi out or usb.Or use google or manual :D
for 100 euro you can get a good midi keyboard that doest the job .

Doesn't really matter, its what you find easy to work with. For me FL studio works.
ps; dont listen to people bashing fl studio, they dun no shit
