fifa 11 crash

can anyone tell me how I can fix this annoying FIFA 11 crash please?


I can open the game and do anything except when i press "play match" and you get that loading screen where you start playing with 1 player from the half of the ground and it instantly crashes with a don't send error report.

i tried patching&cracking and it still crashes


edit: found the problem, i created a new profile and it didn't crash, but i want all the settings and players from my original one :(
