u cant just say i only do 8 reps, u also gotta low reps, medium, high reps. varation is the key, but to gain the real rize, heavy weeeights is a must
think about that :)

deadlift, well not that much 180kg, but without belt and rims on hands !!
I started exercising 2 months ago, started doing heavy sets a month ago and my first goal is to squat 100kg x5 and bench press 80kg x5 by new year. :p No idea what my deadlift will be by then, started doing it just last week (had difficulties to master the technique so that my lower back didnt hurt). Pulled up 130kg last Wednesday. :p
i have been in gym in 2 years now, always eat good, sleep good and trained pretty good.

Yeah and I try to watch not to go too greedy, thats kind of easy especially in deadlift. And overall in all gym exercises joints need to used to the strain from heavy weights. :) But its been a bit hard especially now in the beginning when I have literally added weights in every training session, I feel like I dont want to restrict my development

I guess by just walking around a lot and doing some running and other sports, while still being pretty heavy, I built up quite some muscles there :-|
Here's a picture of my face from the time before the diet (~ August 2008). You can compare it to the one I got in my profile (which is another 6 kgs old already). I think the change is quite noticable :-)

Well you know, my legs are big so the jeans are really really right there, while @ my Waist they are verymuch 2big. so i have to use like size 36 so my legs can fit in it. but then my waist is like yeah dunno how to say, but WAAAAY to biiig :D
yeah i started with muay thai and sports like that, and my legs are going down in volume now ^^
