Randomly Looking Up or Down Demo?

Iv had this happen to me good few times but never caught it on demo, it must of happened to someone else to sometimes it happens to the whole server at once, but has anyone got a demo of it?

its a server laag i had that often with rifle :<

lol hoihoi!!! But no I dont think its server lag as theres never anything on lagometer and it happens to the every player in the server at the exact same time, ill see can i find anyone else that this happens to
