thats bs, I don't know about 3rd world countries but the shows arent faked. For instance I know a guy in person who was on the german edition of who wants to be a millionaire.

I find it annoying too that so many questions in shows like this are about media and culture. I don't think I've ever gotten the culture cheese wedge in Trivial Pursuit :P
