dinner journal~~

i had chicken BREAST with sauerKRAUT and milk from a COW, also a hamsandwich, the ham coming obviously from a PIG. also i hope i won't go FAT eating like this

have that sometimes too but instead of chicken i use thin-sliced steak like a steak-filet sort of :D

hehe I dont actually train biceps at all, I rather save my arm strength when training my back :P

They get enough strain whenever Im doing rows or something similar...

No. You are wrong. I know that your biceps works when you are doing your back but it's not enough. You have to train your biceps separately. That's why you are not doing biceps + back, but for example biceps + legs, the same goes with the rest of the body.

Chest + shoulders(front and side)
Back + back part of your shoulders

blabla...

You are doing some bodybuilding program, training every muscle only once a week, of course you need a separate training schedule for your dear biceps you silly monkey

if u train the whole body on 1 day, biceps can be overtrained easily, thats why it isnt really necessary. Only by splitting it gets important

I didn't say that I'm training the whole body @ one day rofl. For example, I've just changed my program from PUSH&PULL to 4days split with the chest priority :F

ate 500g 0.1% fat yoghurt in the morning with a persimone fruit

ate 200g shrimps grilled with extra vergine oil (under 180° C) + some grilled italian veggie mix

ate 500g 0.1% fat yoghurt in the evening with a small cantaloupe melon

ate 1 cheat apple after that :<
Eh, I'll finish up my breakfast 1st.
