Fihelis mansion quest

I need to find that fihelis dude in his estate, it was full of gangstas, but I cleared it all and can't find that Fihelis mofo, where to look??????
There is closed door on 1st floor, but i don't have etkey and can't bash it :[

got it from my friends couple of days ago, i wanted to try it, but it started to whine about the fact daemon tool was installed so i told it to fuck off and went back to GW factions. Might try again soon.
