Setpoint or not?

I've got mx518 running at 400 dpi and 500 mhz. Just tried to play without setpoints drivers installed, and I noticed things like:
-mouse was much more sense for even smallest wirst movements (well for sure more then with drivers)
-I was still able to turn for 180 degrees while moving mouse from left to right on my pad (same distance was required as with setpoints, so nothing changed in this matter).
Have anyone tried playing with and without drivers and have same experiance as me? Thanks in advance.

I got same settings as you mentioned there, I used to use setpoint but there wasn't much difference for me. I never re-installed it after format and it's fine without :>
i tried playing with setpoint not opened in windows... it was rly fast :|
I don't know what you're talking about but if I were you I'd just try every setting and see what fits you the best
got the same here thats why i play without setpoint :x
im pretty sure your mx518 isn't able to be 1600dpi without setpoint. only 800dpi afaik. If you play on 800 just dont install them imo.
well it is able. default settings (without drivers, just when your mouse is pluged) is 1600 OR 800 OR 400 (you are able to change them with + or - buttons)
