Suggestions for a new HEADSET ?

Hello :)

Im thinking about buying a new headset.
the problem is, that i dont really know which products or brands are good and which ones u would suggest.

I thought about one of the Steelseries products, but correct me if thats a bad choice :)

i use steal series 5Hv2 Had it for a while but its a great choice.

I have this one too.
It sucks without usb soundcard and it is broken after some month:
- the one ear attachment is broken
- the sound is fucked up due the volume button is defect
- the cable has a loose contact

The comfort of this headset is nice.

Bought one at AEF. Right earpad has no sound coming from it at all(my sister dropped it from 75cm high desk once...)

Headphones + standalone mic > Headset.

Quality sennheiser or beyerdynamic headphone and a table/clipon mic.

Avoid gamingbrand headsets, mostly overpriced flashy and 'stylish' crap.

de sound is ziek, ik heb ze allebei opgehad voor ik em kocht, je merkt het wel en studio zit ook veeeel lekkerder!

Sennheiser HD555s are the phones I use, they are the same internally as the 595 too, so i'd recommend them, 515s are good too.

Generally, the headphones that are branded 'gamer' are over priced pieces of shit.
