Laptop Advice "

Buying a laptop for my parents. Since I'm a complete retard when it comes to stuff like this im looking for some help. I'm not looking for anything fancy once is has a decent size screen and is HDMI compatible.

My budget is around 400 EUR and dont mind paying a few extra euro for shipping.


Any ideas?
