Ignoring on IRC

Hello,
I got one question coming up, but before that I wanna tell the story behind this question (if you don't care about the story then scroll down straight to the question or if you don't care at all about this journal then scroll down straight to the reply box and write down some random flame or then just move to the next journal).
Few weeks a go, my nick at IRC was stolen by some finnish cs player, which was imo kinda strange becouse this nick was just created with pressing some random letters. Anyway, I got my nick back about a week ago. First after I got my nick back that cs-twidi came and whined about me stoling his IRC-nick, but that was just the beginning. Since that I've gotten atleast 5 queries a day at IRC by some random cs players about that I'm a cheater or asking me to join some clan or just some random flame. It's getting quite annoying so I'd like to get rid of this, without changing my nick.
The question is, is it possible to ignore all persons who idle on some certain channel? Becouse almost every finnish cs player on one IRC channel, #matsi, which is a channel for looking matches in cs. So would it be possible to ignore everyone who is idling on that channel in IRC?
I'm using mIRC 6.17 as a client with NoNameScript 4.03.

mIRC shows 'common channels' but i dont think it reads all the channels a person is on to do this, but references the ones you are on (just a guess) so you might have to idle the css channel -_-
