Today SK-gaming announced their new lineup without walle. The one and only legend has decided to stop competitive gaming and this will be end of CS 1.6.

Id also like to announce that ill be the "real" walle from now on. thx and cu on the battlefields.

Goodbye Walle.
Some of you guys already know that im a bit of a walle fanboy.
For me, he has been and still is the player i look up to, in other words, my Idol. So thats why im writing this about him. (I hope my facts are right)

Today we see another oldschool player retire. I guess we already saw it coming during these last tournaments. Walle has been around for a long time, playing with the greatest names in Counter-strike history.

We saw Walle joining EYEballers in 2004 and with that succes he later on teamed up with NiP (roster at KODE5: 2006 walle, RobbaN, ins, zet, SpawN) NiP earned a total of 160 000 euro that year. In late 2007 the NiP org went inactive and walle joined SK-gaming. So walle has been a part of SK-gaming in almost 3 years now. And for now we can hope that he stays within the e-sport world, like SpawN and HeatoN did.


Of course we remember him when he was at his best, winning, doing that important ace. And even doing the clutch that everyone will remember.
