Config help pls

Yo, can you guys please tell me the commands to turn smooth mouse off, make "binoc zooming" all the way out and 4 levels of zoom, then..yep k thx.

smooth mouse off : ESC ---> OPTIONS ----> CONTROLS -----> UNCHECK SMOOTH MOUSE
