sound fucked up

Hi guys,
since a while I'm using an other config. Now sometimes when I am ingame and big sound effects like an airstrike show up my sound really gets fucked up..
I made all the sound settings the same as my old config that didnt had those crazy sounds.. You know what this can be ?
settings are:

of gaat ie kutten als ie net AFGAAT :)?
al geprobeerd es snd_restart te doen?
en zien of ie het dan doet?
