So my dad's Iphone is complete silent and only plays sound when the headphones are plugged in.
Tried to google it but all the ways they describe don't seem to work.
The phone thinks headphones are plugged while there not.
Anybody experienced this before or does someone have a way to resolve this?

turn it off and on again
send it back to Apple?
Try reseting it.
