mx 518 slows down

Hello everybody,

my mx 518 mysteriously slows down during playing. I tried to fix it by installing the logitech setpoint thingy but that didnt work out. My system is running win7 64 bit.

Has anybody an idea how to fix it?

try another usb socket

- Clean sensor
- Try PS/2
- Try another USB-port
- Check cable
- Clean mousemat
- Run a mouse hz checker and see if your Hz is stable

- Buy a new one

Buy a WMO for 5 euros or whatever they are going for now :)

Mostly cuz of the mousemat.. Or clean the gliders

lucky bastard, mine feels like it changes sensitivity every 0.1 seconds :E
