in case you have got the file the checksum is wrong, as the error-msg already states... so, where is your problem ?

Just... don't use that stupid default password. Change it to anything else and then specify the custom password in GamesTV options if you're going to add the server there.

doesnt matter a lot, its the relay pw, ettvs need both normal and relay pws, so useless to use a weird relay pw

It's basically the same as setting your crossfire (or ebank or whatever) password to 'password'.
You don't use that kind of passwords online. Ever. Anywhere.

Perhaps *someone* should develop a proof-of-consept exploit that abuses such open ETTV sockets that allows people to e.g. crash the server. I'm sure that would be possible, and in fact quite trivial. You just don't want to give random people access to any system online, regardless of it being 'just an ET server'.
