cramps

This night I had cramp in my left leg, always the left, and it lasted really long :(
There was a period I had it almost every week at least once. Then I took some magnesium pills I think and it was over.

Now I think it's coming back ..
Personally, it's one of the most annoying pains I know :(

Anyone of you had cramps before?

Actually stomach cramps are the worst. You literally feel like you want to DIE. It's only a girl's thing anyway though, so lucky you.
