ATI Driver Problem!

I updated from 10-6 to 10-12 now after pc boots loads windows Logo then screen flickers and restarts again and again...so i must fix it in another pc using hard drive as external drive, any one had this problem before? can't go into safe mode either.

what do you expect if you bought an ATI? if your using window 7 you can reinstall os and keep all programs etc
