pingtest, packetloss

Hello!

I am having troubles with my internet nowadays. It's breaks very often (like 3 times a day) for ~20 minutes (+ some minor breaks (5x ~15sec) but only if the router is plugged in. Without router it seems stable. Not a long ago I installed Windows 7 on my pc. I had a lot of troubles with it, like high ping in game, etc.
I checked pingtest.net to see if everything alright, but it isn't?!

What is it? packets are not arriving, but why? When I ping a server in cmd, TTL is kinda high.
Sometimes it doesn't even give me the results 'cos of packetloss.

Any solutions?

if it doesnt give you packet loss , update java ;)

Disable autotuning. (look it up on google howto)
