graph config help

hey guys, i need config for my monitor because i can't see enemy's clearly on some maps, i have 17" LCD monitor so give me nice graphic especially for LCD,
what is the best r_mode to play ?
is it better to play on r_displayrefresh 75 and com_maxfps 76 or 125 ?

Yeah, but wouldn't 125Hz logically mean that every frame is displayed? It could of course be that the screens simply can't do that high values, although it's only 5Hz higher.

E: And I agree, all this 120Hz babble is silly. Heck, 60Hz is enough I think.

Most screens don't have an option for 120Hz either and you have to tweak it with software.. E.g. Slarto says in his Powerstip tutorial that his screen can do 150Hz, so by all logic he could as well use 125Hz?

i've remember that there was somekind of tweak avi for 120Hz, and it's more effective by that way than 125. Btw what software? Since I would like to powerup my 75Hz :p

Hi. its better to play with 125 fps & 75Hz instead of 76 fps. And if you can set your mouse pollingrate to 500Hz.
