The way I've always described it is:

LoL is like the World of Warcraft of MOBA games

HoN is like the Starcraft or Counter Strike of MOBA games


Just how it is not saying one is necessarily better than the other.

Kevin that is a pretty dumb statement mate. hon is so much harder than lol and requires a lot more micro which even an amateur player should be able to spot. however, I do prefer lol to hon since it is a lot more indepth and overall more fun

Wow.... you are clueless about it :P League of legends has no deny option to prvent enemy gold gain, as long as creeps are around the tower will not actively hunt the hero and you can take double the beating before being felled than in HoN. In HoN denying is a vital strat, rune camping and no auto home teleport feature for quick get aways. The towers will actively hunt you even with creeps around and the fog of war can be used much more effectively for juking.

So i'll say again, you really don't know what you're talking about when it comes to this :P

i have. the comparison i made is accurate. you cant play et competitively on a jaymod xp save server can you? even on a regular jaymod server it would be kinda funny. not saying jaymod isnt fun, its just different, a more casual game.
