I actually did a driver update, forgot :D hmm!

fixed: did system restore :D:D fu drivers! ^,^

Change your nVidia Settings
-> Adjust desktop size and position
-> Use Display's built in scaling (if it doesn't work, try other options)

sorry cant help then. i had fixed mine, had ati problem had some scaling option and i had to check fullscreen there.
