5000-6000 is more than enough imo

e: oh i see you recorded it at 50 fps, my bad then >.<

1280x720 at 50 FPS requires more than 5000-6000 bitrate, otherwise you'll lose a lot of texture quality (assuming you're not using a high picmip).
