Good late night evening Crossies. Share some good music for exercising. :P For example some aggro church burning metal or maybe some epic soundtrack which helps you to set your determination (Last of the Mohicans - Promontory)

electro/dance/psy for track. anything CHEESE/loud/pop for fartlek.
i usually try to listen to something new/unheard when exercising so it seems senseless to give specific tracks or examples

GET ON MY LEVEL GET ON MY LEVEL GET ON MY LEVEL GET ON MY LEVEL
e: legs today :<
5 sets squats 8-15 reps (warmupish)
3 sets quads 8-15 reps
3 sets hamstrings 8-15 reps
4 sets calves 20-25 reps
2 sets of crunches
2 sets of dips
20 minutes cardio then tanning
and in all seriousness, I don't listen to music when I train, like to be 100% focused :p
and hurt my back :(
atm I'm doing up to 80kg ( 4 secs down 2 secs up (HIT style) in last set 8-15 reps...
I could do more but I'm a bit scared :<
Same with Benchpress.. just doing butterfly on the floor and dumbell presses, my rack is quite shit atm.. Might start going to a gym again but I'm still growing nicely cuz I'm using real proper form and only use the muscles that I train to actually move the weight... no swinging or using arms to help out.. so my ~120kg weights are really enough...
A proper 4-500€ Bench with squatrack, dips (triceps, forearms, leg lifting for stomache) would be nice but I can't affor that atm :<
gl with your injury, luckily I never had one but I knew a guy that couldn't even sit for a year.. hope yours isn't that bad
