You may lough but I always donate the same amount of money I spend on fireworks for NYE each year to the homeless!

I dont know.
We started this a few years ago (afaik after the Tsunami 2k7(?))
And I think its a good thing... the firework<->donation thing is that we dont have to ask ourselves what amount to donate...
