Affinity + win7

I have dual core and I was thinking does it matter that ET.exe is set to both cores? Should I use only one core? And if yes, recommend some program for win7 that will automatically set affinity to one core only.

And what does r_finish do?

pbprior and for me atleast it seems more stable with all cores (6) rather than just 1.

E: r_finish 0 toggles sync every frame
