Boom. 2011 and my goal is to get a 6pack! It's going to be tough but with Rocky montages i think i can handle it!

warm-up
20 reps to 20k
15 reps to 40k
real workout
10 reps to 60k
8 reps to 70k
6 reps to 80k
etc ?
Or you do the warm-up the same way

I wanted to be a policeman so I signed up for school, and there was physical criteria ofc, which I thought it's the impossibility :D.
You had to do 40 push-ups in 30 secs and bench 65k 25times in a row, I started the preparation 4months before the event and when I was there I could 50push-ups in 30secs and bench 60k 30times. Tho I was 95k :D

and after years of training wihtout these, my hands cant hurt anything, those spots u posted are hard as fuck
its about having a "wider" snatch anyway
never seen an experienced bbuilder with gloves
some prefer gloves,some sponges and some use nothing at all. but i agree, in general sponges are better especially at higher weight, but if you have perfectly fitting gloves its okay too

also forgot to add that curls are the best exercises for a 6pack
anyway,who cares about 6pack and biceps? it's about core strength..
I think someone mentioned above getting a six pack is more about eating less and getting thinner, although obviously sit ups etc wont do any harm.
Im also planning on beasting the gym again i think, starting to feel weak.
