I am thinking of start doing workouts too. I used to do it from 2008 to 2009/I then a year break and did some months in 2010 too.
I wanted to be a policeman so I signed up for school, and there was physical criteria ofc, which I thought it's the impossibility :D.
You had to do 40 push-ups in 30 secs and bench 65k 25times in a row, I started the preparation 4months before the event and when I was there I could 50push-ups in 30secs and bench 60k 30times. Tho I was 95k :D

u dont need to do stupid crunches or what ever, (i never train my abs) if u do heavy deadlift and heavy sqaut its enough for the abs imo... eat a little bit under your normal kcal and healthy, no junkfood, sweet thinks etc... and do cardio thats all...

I think someone mentioned above getting a six pack is more about eating less and getting thinner, although obviously sit ups etc wont do any harm.
Im also planning on beasting the gym again i think, starting to feel weak.
