What to watch nao?!

Need some good TV series / movies to watch.

Would like the TV series to carry on each week rather than round up at the end of the show and movie wise, I'm interested in comedies, thrillers & mystery/adventure.

Already seen all of Dexter, Walking Dead etc.

There was one about a doctor who got fired and ended up working for millionaires, anyone remember that one? & if so is it good?

Like with Dexter, episode 1's story carries on to episode 2 and so on, so it's like one big movie. Rather than something like House which at the end of each episode, the problem is solved and they all go home.
