speedrun marathon

the guys from 'Speed Demo Archive' are currently doing a 4 day charity gaming-marathon, where they speedrun 100 games.

they are collecting money for the Prevent Cancer Foundaction, and since the event started 12.5 hours ago, donations are already scratching on the 5000$ mark.

the portal run was also nicely done by cody, though he completly fucked up halo right after it.

well yeah last part of portal went smoothly, but first encounter with with turrets and lab19 wasted like 10 minutes with deaths.

yeah but i think he just got very unlucky there.

like that checkpoint where he had so much momentum that he always fell down after loading.

that djpub guy or however he was called he was sick with the energy sword. Didn't know about that "boost thing" in Halo,will try it out tonight :D
But why the hell don't they have MP map speedruns?
They only got SP speedruns afaik,they should do some ET and CS speedruns aswell.

they do have some 2 or 4 player coop runs, look at the schedule.
