Highskilled customer support.
We got a new modem and our WLAN capacity is about five feet now (It doesn't even go out of my room. It used to be in the whole house). My mother calls them asking why, and they actually convince her that there is a setting to change the working radius.
I just call them and make clear there is no such setting in the device they sent me.
They suddenly say it's impossible that a new device has a smaller reach than an old one and he actually tells me to go ahead and to buy the same device off ebay again (AND ACTUALLY PAY FOR IT) to find out whether it's just my problem.
This support is actually on par with Crossfire administration!
I don't want to buy a repeater, any momma's tricks to increase capacity?

Jokes aside, I think the Crossfire administration is actually okay. Just Frop is sometimes overdoing it (editing journal titles, forum post titles... why? :D)
-buy same device
- profit ??
