You know, it' s not hard to have 2 hs per kill when you are playing against not very high skilled opponents... especially if you have high ping

I actually find it considerably easier to aim with 200+ ping, so long as it's roughly stable and not more than 350 or so (when it starts warping). That does not make it easier to play, though, as you also tend to die without even having a chance to shoot the enemy, etc...
